HOW DO I GO ABOUT BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT?

All appointments are booked online. All new clients please complete the client consultation questionnaire. New clients, please be sure to book under “new client” and complete the attached client data sheet.

We are located at 251 S Mill St. Suite 120 Lewisville, TX 75067

Inside of The Luxe Lounge

IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO RESERVE AN APPOINTMENT?

Yes. All appointments require a deposit, which will go toward your final balance. Deposits are non-refundable and will only be transferable to future appointments with at least 24 hours of cancelation. Cancelations with less than 24 hour notice will result in forfeiting your deposit and could possibly incur a late cancelation fee (case by case). If you have trouble booking online you may email booking@quimonroe for assistance.

CAN I BRING SOMEONE TO MY APPOINTMENT?

Seating is limited therefore nobody else will be allowed inside of the suite during the time of your appointment. There is a waiting area that they will be required to sit in if they attend the appointment with you. No children allowed as they cannot be left unattended in waiting area.

DO YOU CHARGE LATE FEES OR CANCELATION FEES?

Yes, a late fee will be automatically applied to your total cost if you are more than 15 minutes late. After 15 without communication, your appointment is automatically canceled and you will be considered a no-show. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will need to be re-scheduled to a more convenient time to ensure it my next client is serviced timely. No call/no show appointments will result in being blocked from future bookings unless an block fee is paid. All deposits will be non-refundable and non-transferable.

DO I NEED TO HAVE MY HAIR WASHED ALREADY?

No, everyone who sits in my chair will have  shampoo treatment done at the time of their appointment.

CAN I PAY LESS IF I COME WITH MY HAIR WASHED?

No, your price will remain the same and you will receive another wash upon the time of your appointment. All hair gets washed 🙂

DO YOU TRAVEL FOR APPOINTMENTS?

I do not travel, all appointments will take place in my salon suite.

DO YOU TRAVEL OUT OF STATE FOR WEDDINGS OR EVENTS?

Yes, Qui Monroe will travel for weddings and events, however travel and lodging will be covered at the clients expense not including the cost of services rendered. Please email for a quote: booking@quimonroe.com

WHAT ELSE SHOULD I KNOW WHEN COMING TO MY APPOINTMENT?

Please remember, due to the privacy of  the space, my suite is a client only zone. We will not have accommodations for children and there is no sitting room within the suite for them.

ARE THERE EXTRA FEES FOR AFTER HOURS (OUTSIDE OF NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS) OR LAST MINUTE REQUEST?

Yes. There will be a $50 surcharge added to services requested before/after normal business hours or for last minute request (same day request).

WHAT METHOD OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

I accept all major Credit Cards and Cash. For first time clients, cash is required.

Refund Policy/Terms

No returns or refunds; however I will make any necessary adjustments to units within (7) days of delivery (please contact via email). Units are completed within a minimum of (10) days (excluding weekends), (15) days for units with custom color.  Orders may experience delays during high volume season.  Should this occur, customers will be notified via email.

Upon completion of units, customers will receive completion photos of unit via email prior to shipping.

Customer is responsible for all shipping fees, to be determined by delivery location.

By purchasing through this site, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set forth by Qui Monroe.**Please note, if using Sezzle as a payment option, there is a $200 purchase minimum.
